We are attempting to reach ladies in the state of Florida who have bowled a sanctioned 600 series. Did you know we have a club for you?
All you need to do is fill out our application and send in $5.00 and you are a lifetime member. Sound good to you?
Florida State 600 Club's Annual Tournament
Annual Tournament Explanation
Every year we travel the State of Florida for our Annual Tournament for a weekend.
Our tournament consist of 3 parts:
The Scratch part of the tournament is broken down to divisions.
- Open division - 185 & up
- Class A - 170-184
- Class B - 155-169
- Class C - 154 & below
As you can see the tournament is design for any bowler that has bowled a sanctioned 600 series regardless of their average.
The Handicap part of the tournament is self explanatory. For an addition fee, we take the Scratch scores with handicap and form the Handicap part of the tournament.
The Friendship Doubles has an unique format. This part of the tournament gives our bowlers an opportunity to bowl with Ladies from all over Florida.
We start with obviously a set of doubles. There is a average cap for the team of 375. For the Friendship Doubles to work, there must be at least 2 sets of doubles. Based on 2 sets of Doubles, the bowlers have the opportunity to enter the tournament 3 times because as long as the bowlers meet the average cap, the same score you have with original partner can be used to bowl with the other 2 bowlers. The more doubles that bowl the more partners you can enter the tournament with. Now the fun part. This part of the tournament is a 9-pin no-tap tournament. But wait there is more. We, also, will give you a strike in the 3rd, 6th and 9th frames. Sounds like fun right?
